Terms of Service

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Claim My Moola (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides assistance in identifying and recovering funds that may be owed to individuals or businesses. We act as an independent third-party service provider and are not a government agency.

We do not guarantee that funds will be located or successfully recovered. Results vary based on individual circumstances and agency processes.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner
• Authorize us to act on your behalf where necessary

Our fee structure is as follows:

• 10% of the recovered amount
• 7.5% for active duty military members and veterans

Fees are earned upon successful recovery of funds and will be disclosed and agreed to prior to engagement, in accordance with applicable state laws.

Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your service agreement or invoice.

If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, which may include the laws of:

• The client’s state of residence, and/or
• The state holding the funds

You may be able to recover funds on your own directly from the appropriate agency at no cost. By choosing to use our service, you are paying for convenience, assistance, and expertise.

Certain states regulate recovery services and may impose limits on fees, required contract terms, or waiting periods. We will comply with all applicable laws and provide any required agreements or disclosures before proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claim My Moola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, non-cooperation, or misuse of services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Claim My Moola is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
